Why Spoke and Building Hope?
Spoke and Building Hope are coming together because we believe connection is not a bonus in Summit County.
It is a need.
Spoke started with bikes, but it was never only about bikes. It became a way for people to move together, meet each other, show up consistently, and feel a little less alone in a mountain community where finding your people is not always easy.
Building Hope exists to strengthen mental health, connection, and support across Summit County. Their work reminds us that belonging, community, and access to support are essential parts of living well here.
Together, we are creating a night that makes it easier for people to walk into a room, start a conversation, and feel like they have a place in this community.
It is a room built with intention.
A place to meet people.
A place to feel welcome.
A place to remember that community does not happen by accident.
Cycling may be the vehicle. Connection is the reason.

Seriously.
This night is for anyone looking for more connection in Summit County.
You might be new here. You might have lived here for years. You might ride bikes every week. You might not own a bike at all.
You do not need to arrive with a group. You do not need to be outgoing. You do not need to have the perfect thing to say.
We’ll have conversation starters, interactive boards, games, and easy ways to connect without awkward networking or forced icebreakers.
Come for twenty minutes or stay the whole night. Either way, we’ll be glad you’re there.
